Robin Thomas is an efficient, thorough, and wonderful loan advisor to have worked with. She made the process of our first mortgage loan seamless. She was patient and got back to us in a timely manner for the plethora of questions we had regarding our loan. She took the time to explain information not even related to her department because she cared and wanted us to be knowledgeable, as well as, included in the process.
